Indefinite Ban
I've recently hit honor 5 on my account and I have had an extremely good behavior for the last few years. I was wondering if it would be possible for an account I've had since S1 to be unbanned. It was banned for poor behavior.

Generally speaking, account punishments are never overturned unless they were made in error.
You could always file a support ticket and ask but honestly, I wouldn't get your hopes up. Sorry to be so blunt about it.
All I can say is that you have an open mind when writing your support ticket. Go with the intention that whatever they say, you accept it and move on with your life. If you truly have changed compared to S1, you will carry that with you when finding another online game to play or are currently playing.
