So long story short i got banned like 1 or 2 years ago for being toxic. I am really regretting it and would do ANYTHING to get my account back i have created second account and tried to reform, to see if it was really that hard not to be toxic. And i had no problems being nice or just dragging chat away and just playing. I am really sorry i was toxic and made the game unfun for some players and I know I deserved the ban but i hope I can get ban reduction so I can play League again.

Again im really sorry for making the game unfun for others and i hope I can get my account back.

Like yesterday, it's gone forever. If you've reformed, good on you, but you'll have to be reformed on your new account.

Step 1. Become a huge Streamer Step 2. Be toxic Step 3. Get banned Step 4. Make new Account Step 5. Be toxic Step 6. Get Banned Step 7. Repeat 2-6 Step 8. Get into it with a riot employee Step 9. Get IP banned Step 10. Have people hold up signs at a pro tournament, Reading, #FREE (ENTER NAME HERE)

No. At this point in time, they will not unban a permanent banned account unless given in error. This new account is your account now.
