Too many trolls and flamers in EUNE low elos

This server is not functional anymore. I don't know what Riot does about it but I'm bored of writing essays on my reports. Too many trolls,feeders and flamers and no teamwork on that server.So i decided to give up ranked games entirely. This server is dying and nobody does something about it. It's so frustrating that can damage your mental health. Mastery points system per champ is useful and you can understand what you deal with. Also it's sick to let lvl1 mastery points champs to ranked game. I had the bad luck to face a first time Riven on a ranked game. She fed so hard that i couldnt help her and she said i dont care I am first time Riven... I'm really disappointed! Plz give me your thoughts about this subject
