I feel like my perma-ban unjust but I'm not sure how the process of appealing it. So I'm more curious on how the account reforming is going. Is it still being processed through or did Riot give up on it. If anyone has anyone information on it I would appreciate it. This account means a lot to me. Thanks in advance for any information!

While false-positives are rare, if you feel like you were unjustly banned, you can file a Support Ticket to ask for a manual review of your case. There's no guarantee that Riot will find the punishment to be a false-positive, but really, that's the only avenue you have for appeals.

I'm going to assume that by "account reforming", you're referring to WookieeCookie's NA Unban experiment last year. As it stands, we have no information on it, which is about to be expected; Riot said that we would not receive updates or further information as to how the experiment panned out, so as far as we know, it may well have come to the same conclusion as the Level 20 Challenge.
