Queue dodges and AFK's resulting in /remake's

Hello! Let me introduce myself first. I've played league for about 8 months and I'm currently a lower tier player (Howering around Bronze 1 to Silver 5) And lately I've noticed an increase in queue dodges and AFK's resulting in /remakes. Now I've been sitting in que for about 5 minutes to find a game and almost everytime I do find a game someone either dodges or AFK's ingame. I've not played in about an hour and It's really starting to piss me off. This happens quite often especially in normals (such as right now). I think there should be bigger punishment for que dodging and if not that definitely for AFKing. Like I get it accidents happen, but this keeps happening constantly and I know it's pissing people off. Now I know you're gonna call me "Bronzie" and a "Noob" but I think as a player I have the right to say my opinion about the matter. UPDATE: https://postimg.org/image/fima2ohcl/ Here's a picture of my match history where you can see the 3 remakes. Now I have nothing against the /remake feature but I think It's pretty annoying that some players need to wait 1+ hour (s) to be able just play the game.

UPDATE 2: I posted this here, because on EUW boards no-one seemed to give any thoughts about this. I hope here it'll be different!
