now i have sent a ticket and they took long enough to respond to it. and what do i get? this shitty response

"we cannot guarantee that the suspension will be lifted" what a fucking joke so now if it doesn't get lifted that's my one warning gone, ive never been toxic in game before this happened so now if in the future i get reported, i wont get a warning and will just be insta perma banned

honestly the banning system is massive joke and needs some BIG work on

In my eyes, even if we take out the 0 tolerance word, this chat is still worthy of punishment.

And even better, since you already knew that those words would get you banned, you don't even have the right to get mad if they don't lift it. You are 100% responsible for this. You knew the outcome of your actions before you did them, so now you'll have to face that outcome.

first of all the game is for playing, not for educating other players on how punishments work

secondly, repeating slurs still qualifies as using slurs

ive never been toxic in game before this happened so now if in the future i get reported, i wont get a warning and will just be insta perma banned

i've never won the lottery before. that doesn't mean that i definitely wont at some point, nor does it prevent me from buying tickets for it

You believe it to be on a list of bannable words, but in the very same sentence you repeat them.

That aside, you also were constantly asking for people to report others, called them incompetent and idiot. You spent a great deal of chat just talking about how they would be reported and banned.

Stop.

The report tool isn't there so you can rub their faces in it in chat. It's there so that you can report people.

Whether or not you get unbanned depends on your behavioral history.

From these chatlogs alone, I can sense a tad of aggressiveness in your speech. So you might not be as clean as you think.
