Remake, leaver even if im playing?

So just now i playing a ranked game and about 40 seconds into the game i disconnected, i was back online by 1:10 so i was in time to leash for my jungler. I got to my lane and things went really well. we got an early kill on their adc (i'm playing as support).

Sometimes i see people reconnecting at 2:50 and we don't get to remake and at that point them being afk/DC will have effected the game negatively, but when i'm gone for 30 seconds and i get back before the jungle camp even spawns you let us remake?

And there is also no way my total gold would be that high from just 1 assist if i didn't use my spellthief's to get gold. There is also no way i would be level by 3M 19S if i reconnected after 3M

It's so messed up that i get punished for this by getting leaver status and the game counting as a loss for me.
