Wrongly accused for MMR boosting

So two days ago I got an email saying that my account is banned for MMR boosting. I was shocked because no one has played my account before and I am accountable for all my matches. So I submitted a ticket thinking they must have made a mistake. However, I got a reply saying this: Hello Markyboo,

Your suspension was only issued after an extensive investigation was run to ensure your involvement in MMR boosting. As explained in the email you received in response to your suspension, the following actions have been taken on your account:

-A two-week suspension has been issued to your account. -All previous Season rewards (Victorious skins, borders, season icons, season ward skins) have been stripped from your account. -You are ineligible for any 2016 Season rewards

What can I do about this? Can anyone who experienced this give me some insight, please? All I did was log into my account, and play my games. If that makes me bannable, I don't know what to say. I feel helpless.

Here's the help page for their MMR Boosting Detection.

Keep in mind that we are committed to not punishing anyone unless we have 100% certainty that MMR Boosting is occurring.

The system is double checked vigorously by Rioters with a very strong eye to eliminate false positives.

I don't think there's much else you can do if they already denied your appeal.

I am going to assume that you are dead serious about this or at least confused rather than lying to us in hopes it will cover your tracks.

Like Teapup stated this system is not one filled with false positives, riot makes sure that the account is involved in MMR boosting because false positives would be a dreadful experience for any player. Are you sure there is nothing you could have done that might be interpreted as MMR boosting? Like letting a friend use an account to try out a character (In ranked I guess) or anything similar to letting people play on your account? Did you go through a location switch for a short period of time which somehow resulted in you performing better in game? I used to play league on a laptop wherever I felt like playing now I play on a desktop with wired internet which resulted in no lag and high fps with no drops. That may not influence gameplay amazingly but it definitely helped me out.

If anyone thinks these ideas are far fetched fine I know they are I am just trying to see if any of this information can help so please don't throw the book at me for assuming better internet is the reason this guy got banned.

If you did boost someone else, your main account is also banned. Thus it does not matter if you never let anybody else to play your account if you did play and boost someone else on their account.
