Horrifically Toxic PLayer

So I'm guessing there's no way to see to it that a person who constantly berates him teammate (even though you gave him your role bc he asked for it in exchange for one you're not the best at) and constantly calls him a %%%, queer, etc. in game gets suspended/banned besides just submitting a ticket and then saying "hope he doesn't get the chance to bully and harass someone else right after this" huh?

https://support-leagueoflegends.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034625773-Report-a-Player-After-a-Game You dont even have to write a ticket.

Report at the end of the game and you will have done your part. Submitting a ticket wont tell you anything about a 3rd party account status.

Game Ruining Behavior - We’re attempting to develop better ways of dealing with disruptive behavior. Examples include better detection and punishment for behaviors like intentionally feeding, AFKing, win trading, and griefing, in addition to giving more frequent feedback when we’ve taken action on unsportsmanlike behavior you reported.

Maybe the report popup will become more frequent.

Use the report function. Idk about tickets, but yeah, just report them and move on. Their account status is none of your business.

I'm sorry I'm having trouble understanding your post because I'm a brainlet. So what you're saying is, you want to check up on someone that was saying homophobic and hateful comments to you? And you don't want to submit a ticket about it? Edit; There is no answer to what punishment (if any) they have received due to privacy reasons. There IS sometimes a Instant Feedback card that sometimes pops-up after you report a player that lets you know that a player in one of your recent games, who was toxic, has been dealt with.
