I finished my chat restriction, and now my honor level is still locked.

It said in the message that "free rewards" are open again. Now I'm back to honor 1 for a biased report.

There is no such thing as a “biased” report. The system reviews all reports equally. It is automated. It is not possible for the system to be biased.

You will gain chests/keys at a much lower rate than normal until you regain honor level 2. Your honor level will remain locked until you play 30-50 games of good behavior over a week or two.

The system as it stands is terrible but don't bother complaining about it as it wont change anything. You can kiss everyones ass for a month and your honor will barely go back up, and when it does after what feels like forever, one screw up and you're back to 0 again.

This is the right board, don't worry.

After a punishment is over, your account is still on thin ice. It takes a little while for Honor to be unlocked again. Don't dwell on it too much and just focus on trying to reform, you'll be back to Honor 2+ in no time. :p

can I still submit a ticket even though the chat restriction is removed?

It doesn't seem likely that you would be given a chat restriction for intentionally feeding. Are you sure you weren't given a chat restriction for something you said?

The report may have been biased, but the punishment objectively cannot be biased. Unless you count punishing people who break rules as some kind of bias lol. Anyways, I see others have explained the honor thing.

reason it was biased because a whole clan reported me for inting when i wasnt, it's not the system
