Is there way to report outside of game? (serious question)

so in my last game I got trolled by a support who hates gay people apparently. my club tag is "HTGAY" and it apparently ruffled his feathers. he said shit like "cant hate the gay away". "why does your club tag say you are gay, i dont have a straight guys group" amongst other obvious hate phrases. and then just trolled me as subtley as possible. (started no pots and instead got a fairy charm) said "we are being passive, im going to stay under tower" so i couldnt farm. and also took CS from me intentionally.

just a major troll all because of my club tag.

so what can I do to report him if my game crashed before i could finish the game. I couldnt get to the lobby and i can't report him now. is there a means to get him reported anyway? it really irks me that people like this still exist in 2016.
