Do something about trolls

I just had another game where two people said in chat at game start “we are trolling gg” and proceeded to throw the game. I got fed early and won my lane. I helped the yi also get ahead but because of this duo bot lane trolls we lost. Why do I have to suffer and lose lp and mmr because 2 horrible human being want to ruin the game for me. Why won’t riot do anything about this? I reported them but it doesn’t mater because the game still happened. Riot needs to step up and prevent people like this from even playing the game in the first place.
