I havent gotten any rewards yet, anyone know why? I was gold at the end of the season, wasnt banned when the season ended.

Were you honor 2 or higher? Had you received a14 day suspension at any time during the season?

You mean you were honor 2 in 8th november when season ended and gold in ranked and still nothing?
