Response to trolling question on leavebuster

So if there's someone whose pretty obviously trolling i.e. 30 kills up who then walks away/does everything possible to avoid winning then the game turns into a slow drawn out slugfest can I just walk away and contest the leavebuster through a ticket. Or the qued up trio doing the annie/viktor/ziggs triple adc botlane and I just dodge in que. Just want to get some kind of way to get away from all the trolls who are usually in a duo que who hostage the game. I play and yeah I get competitive at times but I at least like to enjoy playing not entertaining an exercise in frustration.
