Banned for... what? Come on Riot.

So I have just been permanently banned after one bad game where we had an inting/trolling midlaner and a griefing top who flamed our whole team after performing poorly. I bit back at his remarks and ended up with a permanent ban on my account. I was "toxic" in the sense that I actually argued with the player and swore a few times and called one player an idiot (the dude who was clearly trolling, doing emotes and following me around my jungle camps trying to last-hit everything I was attacking for a solid 2 minutes).

I started playing a few games last week after a 2 month break, so keep in mind this is the only game I got reported against in the past two months minimum.

Does the chat log REALLY display behavior that is so toxic it deserves a permanent ban? I feel like this kinda trash talk/banter/toxicity is pretty damn omnipresent throughout the entire league community. Just look at any streamer and he'll sound almost exactly like this on a bad game.

To conclude, I've never intentionally fed/trolled/griefed players, especially in ranked. I like the game and the community is alright, but we all have had bad games and not everybody handles it in the most effective manner. It really amazes me that Riot will permanently ban the ACCOUNT for a CHAT-related offense when they can easily permanently MUTE the account instead. If a certain player tilts towards toxicity once in a while but otherwise respects the rules of the game, just take away their ability to use the public chat system? This solution has been so damn obvious for years, but that's just my two cents.

What is also obvious is that people who cannot control themselves in chat want to lash out at teammates when they're mad. If you take away their chat, they'll lash out in other ways - griefing, trolling, playing differently, or even just not playing their best. All of those behaviors are much harder to detect, confirm, and punish than chat toxicity.

They're banking on you rebuying old skins on a new account. They lean heavier and heavier on the permabans as their income drops. Desperate times call for desperate measures. I have a rule where I'll never ever buy the same skin twice. When they ban me I make a new account, but ill never rebuy an old skin.

Upon close examination of your chat logs I have come to the conclusion that you have done nothing worth more than a chat restriction. However, I do not understand why you were flaming your top laner

like how could they control whether the enemy Fiora will TP around the map aside from clearing all wards, minions, turrets so that Fiora has nothing to TP to, or simply keeping Fiora dead the whole time which is impossible lol

Also, don't worry your account is only level 64, I have seen people come to the boards with level 200 accounts with years of grinding and hundreds of dollars spents on skins lost simply due to some buttery fingers, lets just admit it, it is time to move on...

verbal abuse and harrassment, perfectly warranted ban. Work on your behaviour you're harrassing and verbally abusing other players if you don't you will be banned again and again.

Those two months you took off don't count. Only time you were playing the game counts. So if your 14 day ban was just before your break, yes, this would trigger a ban.

Hard flaming your team mates. And I mean HARD. If you are banned it means you were chat restricted and 14 day suspended before this, probably also for flaming. You have been told flaming will get you punished, you chose to do it again.

Just make an appeal. I got a perm but got it removed. I guarantee you if you get your account back from a perm you'll never flame again

What u think, should have got achat mute. You were aggressive, but tilted cause of your team. You should deserve a chat mute, not a ban! (Depending on the game)

Buddy, you weren't permad after 1 game, you were already previously banned (likely for toxicity, I'd bet on it), also your chat logs are pretty toxic, so all in all I'd say well deserved.
