A big league problem and a possible solution

When I first started playing league, in season 2 or 3, the language of people was pretty standard for a competitive online game; lots of toxicity, but also lots of hate speech casually used. Riot and the community since then have made a decision that there would then become a zero tolerance policy for hate speech. And I have to say, I think it's worked. I don't see certain words being used anymore as people have learned or been perma banned. This is good; however alot of toxicity still exists. I expect this to an extent from the enemy team as Riot long ago gave the go ahead for mind games and trash talk. I, however, SHOULD NOT expect this behavior from my team for the most part. Yet that's not the case. No exaggeration, 90 percent of games I play in ranked, as soon as a mistake is made by someone it is immediately followed by negativity by teammates. Not constrictive criticism either... How many times have you or someone on your team made a misplay only to immediately be followed by " gg, wtf, this (insert) is garbage,"? Now a simple mistake someone already feels foolish for will make them feel worse and perform as such. Then the toxicity continues and you're now in a 3 v 5 at best because one is feeding and the other is typing constantly/feeding too. This would not be the norm in this game. If we can stop people from using hate speech, we can stop these negative teammates from being in our games. Because honestly, while I cringe when I hear Nir or Fat , that affects gameplay far less than the problem I'm presenting in my eyes.
