This game is in dire need of a vote kick system

No offense RIOT but your report system is garbage. Give us the ability to deal with jerk players during the game with a majority vote, and not after you've lost due to something that is not completely your fault. It could also improve queue times because players could also fill the spot. You guys figure the algorithm for distributing the gold.
