What is ranked?

So far, in about most or all of my games I end up with people that just reached level 30 people that continuously feed, people that are so toxic and/or cancerous causing the rest of my team to become aggravated and play worse. Also, I would like to mention this whole deal of mmr and the lower you are the worse it is something like that and, people mentioning it's the games way of challenging you in ranked. So, what you mean to tell me is the lower mmr I get you decide to challenged me with putting almost the better players on the other team and sticking us with the players that don't know what they are doing? With dynamic queue being a thing now, there is so much more cancer like situations, duos, trios, maybe even four mans ganging up on the one guy that's not even doing bad but, are ganging up on them cause they themselves are doing bad and, how are they to get banned when for the most part it takes 4 reports to get someone caught. Most of the time the other team doesn't give a shit, why? It's cause it's free lp. What are you guys trying to do in ranked? Whatever it is, it's just making the game more cancerous and, for the most part ranked very unpleasing. I'm currently Silver II and, have been playing since roughly season 2. I like where the game has gone, although the matchmaking is challenging me by putting the "ok" to worse players on my team and, the better players on the other, I do not feed more the most part and, if I do I admit that the player I was against was better than me.
