Hello,

I was perma banned for inappropriate chat. I don't believe I deserve the punishment that was given to me. I honestly make mistakes I am human but this is going to far.

This was the chat from the game below. Only one game chat log was provided. Also I was banned for 14 days but it was removed by a Riot employee since they did not believe the punishment was deserved. So from this chat it escalated me to a perma ban apparently. Riot support was no help and refused to help giving blanket statements about closing the ticket and sorry.

Let me know what you think after reading this chat log. I admit I am not the best chatter in league but I am definitely not the worst .006%. I feel I am the victim of multiple issues with Riots report system and that something of this magnitude should not remove a player completely from their account. Time and money aside that is my identity in the game and I feel like it was stolen by an imperfect system that doesn't look at all the variables.

For instance I even apologized for my actions in that chat. Is that not what someone that realized they made a mistake would do? I would just like someone to review the case and look at the missing pieces... are we not suppose to say anything when a player is running it down or refusing to assist the team? I am sure we all get heated when someone is refusing to help in a 5v5. I asked support for a little forgiveness seeing that this is not the worst chat in league it is actually pretty normal in most games I play(not from me) and I don't report it because it is a game and I have a mute button if I don't want to see it.

This chat log is punishable. You're being rude to Draven for no reason, calling him bronze/rank shaming, pointing out his kda. You deserved a punishment.

For this to be a perma ban means you recently had a 14 day ban. Which means you more than likely already had 3 prior punishments telling you this was bad, as well as a warning that after the 14 day ban you would be perma banned.

So, it was deserved. You didn't learn your lesson, now you're dealing with the consequences.

Hmm. If they did indeed reverse the previous 14 day then it shouldn't be a perm. Try support again (or wait until live chat is available) and specifically ask about that situation first. If you have the tickets for that conversation, share them as well (with support; with us if ypu want). Should they confirm that the 14 was lifted due to an error, or even reduced in punishment then you proceed to ask why you got a perm this time instead of the missed step.

Edit for clarity: This log would contribute towards a punishment though.

It was I who reported you on my alt. I was duoing with that draven (prob why u got autofilled) and he was telling me that he was learning the entire adc position entirely. Playing Draven out of all marksman, while learning adc at the same time is a very tough thing to do, but he insisted. It didnt help that you were being completely inappropriate, its discouraging especially for someone whos learning a new role for the next season. You were new before as well... You had your chances but you blew it. Many people would LONG for a punishment reversal. That just goes to show you wont change. Deserved. (and about the mis-information, I honestly think this can warrant a punishment skip IMO, just based off of prior experience from what ive seen)

Everything you said over the entire match was to put down a teammate. THE WHOLE TIME. THAT'S ALL YOU DID.

You harassed someone repeatedly, your comments being read by the player likely made him/her play worse and worse and worse.
