Draft pick issues

Just a quick piece of thought about the Autofill and such in draft pick.

Though I've complied to any role that I've received, other people may not. So sometimes, they ban the champion that I've declared. I've had this so many times, where I would either settle for another champion or dodge and face the penalty time. Nothing wrong with playing another champion, but if a teammate bans a champion that I've declared just so they can get a dodge out of me, that's just unfair.

Some objections would be that the person who banned my champion that I've declared doesn't want that champion to be on their team because they've had a lower skilled person play that same champion and do relatively 'bad'. In response to this, the whole purpose of the banning phase is to ban, "champions that are widely considered to be overpowered and are likely to be picked. " (http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Draft_Pick), not to try and fish out dodges from teammates. Also, Is it the same person playing the same champion? Most likely not. So why is it okay to choose for someone who you didn't even give the chance in the first place?

Another Objection would be towards the excuse of banning overpowered champions overall. Wouldn't you prefer to have an overpowered champion on your team if given the chance? It would give the chances of winning slightly better because an overpowered champion is 'overbalanced' in skill cap and overall output, assuming the summoner picking the champion at least has some idea how the champion works.

In giving this feedback, yeah it doesn't affect actual in-game stuff, yeah i can just settle for whatever, but it's like a thorn in the side to waste another 5-10 minutes just to find a game.

Overall I'd like some light in this certain situation that is constantly happening in the community.
