You mean, "Not surrendering?" No.

Everyone has the option to attempt a surrender. Everyone has the option to decline the surrender.

Game is not over (unless everyone agrees) until the Nexus explodes.

I agree with Gatekeeper.

Even in the rare cases where someone is legitimately doing it to "hold someone hostage" it's hard to pin down their intent unless they explicitly advertise what they're doing.

Even then, you could still make the case that their input doesn't really matter because another person would have to vote no. And personally I'm not in favor of adding the rule for the very few cases where a premade does it with malicious intent. I also don't think the unanimous FF@15 rules should be changed.

Hostaging? You mean, not surrendering and playing a full match? No.

A hostage game does not exist. You opted to play it.

Voting no is never against the rules or will be. People can vote what they want. Simple

Unpopular opinion warning : A simpler way to help with the problem of hostaging would be to have a pre-20 surrender only require at least 4/1 to go on, and post-20, it would only require at least 3/2. Why not let the majority of the team choose ? Why should a few trolls be given the power to waste everybody else's time ?

But hey, it's never gonna happen, so don't get your hopes too high.
