I'm sick of player driven bans/suspension

I'm literally suspended because my teammates or my opponents did horribly and want to blame someone.... despite horrible match ups. Like if you lose and your jungler complains constantly if you say anything in chat, you're a victim. You know, after one account issue, I wish league of legends enabled you to mute all without clicking everyone individually. We need a way of just muting ourselves and others if small words will get us banned/suspended. You can't even tell people they are bad, without them reporting you for language, and the auto report bots say "you dropped an f bomb once for saying "pay the fuck attention" so you must be wrong.

Game 2 I was salty, but it wasn't in a way that was over the top, horrible for his play etc, constant acknowledgement of his champs kit, what it does etc. Also that I had an afk 4v5 almost entire game. If you're not allowed to complain about this, why do we allow all chat? Why are we punished by complaining about the short hands we're dealt because people want to be petty.
