Why is trolling allowed in URF but not Normals?

If they are both just for fun game modes why does the punitive system vary between them?

The rules are the same for every matchmade game.

It is not allowed. All queues have the same rules, anyone saying otherwise is a bullshitter and probably headed for a perm.

First we need to establish what you are defining as a troll.

Are you saying a Poppy building AP is a troll because normally would build tank?

Are you saying someone who jungles instead of duo lane is trolling?

Please be clear.

it doesnt. trolling isnt allowed in ANY gamemode. but also trolling is way harder to detect and manual reviews are the rarest thing on our planet so yea trolls usually have free roam.

Nobody really knows what trolling is. Usually "trolling" means different, non-popular ideas. You can troll as much as you want as long as it's not toxic.

Well first off, URF doesn't exist anymore, we do have this thing called ARURF but nobody should take that seriously.

But ya trolling in urf sucks, people will pick terrible champs and be useless all game while the other team always has the best godlike champs so its always onesided, I think that's why ARURF was born.

I believe what they mean by trolling in this case is that players seem to be allowed to get away with griefing way more, since it seems to be WAY more common. Doing things like leaving a champion in a 2v2 lane to 2v1 so you can go jungle is significantly more common. People are often way more toxic.

It actually seems like people que up with friends just to have fun, which is good, but for some reason a lot of people think it is fun to flame teammates, and they get away with it way more in this mode.

You must have a weird definition of trolling.
