Banned for 3rd party program???
I use a program called Blitz.gg and all it does is change your runes to what champion youre playing. Please help me! I don't bot and all i want to do is climb rank :(

Blitz.gg is safe. You got banned because your account was clearly purchased at level 30 after being botted there. Your match history paints an extremely clear picture.
It doesn't matter what the 3rd party program does, It's the fact that you used one. And anyone that uses one gets hit with a ban. No exceptions.
