Full text on the game, context being Nasus informed us at level 1 that if we gave first blood he would afk. Our tristana flamed thresh until he died approx 5 minutes into the game, bye bye Nasus. All of my text was responsive to the Tristana blaming our support until 20 minutes. Am I really 14 day suspended for saying "terrible nasus player" or is "stfu" bannable now? I was honestly confused at how the guy that afk'd the game after saying he was going to is still playing.

Edit: When I called the Nasus a terrible player, he'd been out of the game for approx 7 minutes already. When I said s4 is right, directly responding to what our support had said. I made a ticket about it, hasn't been responded to in 40 hours, kind of just looking for some opinions on this because I was surprised.

You were given a 14-day ban because you ignored your previous punishments in the form of a 10-game chat restriction and a 25-game chat restriction. I know it's very frustrating to have flamers/trolls on your team but Riot doesn't want negativity in any capacity on their game. Even if you disagree with someone there are ways to deal with them that don't call for negativity.

He did this in three games THAT NIGHT over a span of a few hours and has another ~10 or so games after that.

I'm assuming you still have the players name saved somewhere, you should file a support ticket and get a Rioter/support agent to take a look at this case.

It does not matter what other players did, harassment and flaming others is not acceptable. It was intended that you learned this when you accepted the Summoner's Code, or if not, when you had chat restrictions.

Your ban is based on severity and consistency. You've gone through a 10 game and a 25 game chat restriction that lead up to this. It doesn't take much for the automatic system to assign punishment if your consistently toxic.

Official riot response said it was for typing “stfu” two times in one match. No need to speculate and recite summoners code, if the account is flagged as toxic the bar is set much lower.
