I want to have fun and not tilt.

Every. Single. Game. I tilt. I can't stop tilting. I've tried everything, from playing my favorite champions, to trying funny builds. Everything. I love this game honestly, but everytime I get in game every little thing makes me extremely upset. Before I used to never even tilt, now I'm flaming and it's just not, me. What advice do you give someone who can't contain tilt. I just want to get better and stop this bs.

I feel your pain. Been having a particularly bad losing streak.

Some general advice:

  • Get proper rest, nutrition, and exercise. Being healthy will lead to a healthier state of mind and will help make you more resilient to tilt.

  • Take a break after every game, even just 5 minutes to get up and walk around. Fresh air, drinking water or a snack are all good things to get during this break. This reset will help you keep from carrying tilt with you from game to game and continuing streaks of tilt.

  • Prepare for league by taking time to relax and acknowledge that you could have some bad games. Remind yourself that it's just a game and it's not worth getting upset over.

  • Focus more on how to learn and improve, and focus less on winning. (Not saying stop trying to win, just saying that when you begin losing start focusing on figuring out what mistakes you made and how to improve them, rather than focusing on how frustrating it is.)

  • Practice calming down after something upsetting happens, and exercise willpower over yourself when you feel yourself beginning to get angry. If you can control your anger instead of it controlling you then you will even be building life skills for use outside of league.

  • Avoid making inflammatory or passive aggressive remarks towards teammates when something goes wrong in game. If you don't get involved with a flame war your involvement with tilt will be less and you won't sink as deep into it.

Sounds like you should take a week or so break. Play other games, go outside, etc.

Mute everyone, hide names, mute pings, turn off the announcer volume, scale chat to minimum, turn on some classical music in the background, don't play bot lane, and drink a glass of water before every game. P.S that advice about learning to play your best is bs. Tilting is almost impossible to avoid if you see the same morons making the same mistakes over and over until you lose a game.

If you get moron(s) on your team I suggest either going to eat or playing some minecraft or some sht until you forget about that game. If you see that your team is absolutely fuckin retarded just spam ff and take that game as a write-off, just don't bother trying because you'll get a headache once you realise that even after trying so hard, you still lost (but don't give up if someone else on your team is doing good, 2 people carrying is a lot easier and less stressful).
