So i Just got chat restricted and my honor went down to lvl1 being locked at the same time, will I be able to get lvl2 back before season end to get the rewards ?

There's still time.

Be positive in chat, the system can pick that up and you'll progress faster.

Make sure you honor someone at the end for the team honor bonus. Winning is a team game, so is progressing in honors.

Hard to say. Different people have reported different times to get back to honor 2.

Riot has stated that your behavior plays a major role in getting unlocked and back to honor 2. Better behavior means a faster climb out. Valid reports against you, even if it doesn't result in a punishment, slow down your progress immensely.

Based on the last season, they said that as long as you were honorable by the end of the season, you were eligible for rewards.

No. Depending on your rank and how easy it is for you to get gold you should server transfer. It instantly gives you honor 2. The cutoff for Honor 1 players was back in late July or August.
