Honnoring

So recently I've realized that lately, people aren't honoring as often as they once used to when the idea first came out and I think that it is because you can skip the session just to speed up the process of getting into another game. Now I just think people have too high of standards or that the choices are so precisely on point where someone has to completely fill out the criteria in order to get the honor, but that is just my opinion. I just wonder why people just don't honor as much as before in the first place.

I can recall receiving 3 honors multiple of times and I can't help think that in order to scale up on the honor level, you have to receive all 4 honors- 1 from each player, a few times (maybe even consecutively). I'm really curious about how the Honoring system works now and the comparison is between then and now.
