Riot's unreal ban system.

So I was playing a game as a jungler on my account that recieved a 14 day suspension. DIM RACK is the summoner name. I got nothing but flame coming from the mid laner and support. They threatened to report me multiple times because all 3 lanes were asking for help and I can not assist all 3 lanes at once. This was paired by them calling me a "F**king idiot" and telling me to learn how to jungle. This was in an unranked blind game. I did not respond negatively in any way I only gave them response to their poor behavior which did not even include me cursing them out like they did me.... I responded in oks and carried on with my game. I believe I handled myself rather well and in no way was toxic, let alone to warrant a 14 day ban. Being subject to the ban, I now realize how your ban system works. If 3 or more people report you it doesn't matter what you say or do, you're getting penalized no matter what. This is an unjust ban system as people who simply just want to play the game get penalized when something doesn't go another player's way. Again, I did not curse AT ALL or backlash at my teammates and STILL recieved a ban but they did not. This is crazy. I am asking Riot, that you review my chat logs for that game and PLEASE reconsider this ban.

Hi DIM RACK,

We take false positives very seriously and don't want players unfairly penalized so I took a deeper look here.

The first thing I noticed is that the logs posted here have been modified and aren't the complete logs provided in your reform card. If you'd like, I can post them here. However, based on the missing lines from the actual chat logs, I believe you know why this account received a penalty.

I rarely post a comment on LoL forums but it touches me quite personally since I got in a similar situation months ago. I got a 14-day ban because I said "I thought we were Homophobic word", replying to a Tristana who said herself same homophobic word first. I immediately contacted Riot support and at first they sent me a generic answer telling me that it is a deserved ban. Then I came across an article about people abusing ban system and randomly make people get banned by using specific words. I immediately sent the article to the support and within a few hours they lifted the ban, retrieving my honor and Victorious Graves skin. But I still got a warning for what I did and I clearly understand and accept that.

My chat log was even less big than yours, I rarely chat but still... Sure riot ban system is sometimes quite questionable, but often it IS deserved. Honestly, if I had been in your game, I would also report you, not because you didn't gank me or anything else like that: we all can have bad games sometimes (not performing well I mean). But more because you prevented me from having a good game (not necessarily meaning win, but you prevent me from performing good) by harassing, writing useless and tilting things on chat, spam pinging etc... When you prevent someone from having a good game, then you deserve a report.

You have a problem with mates talking, blaming, flaming too much ? Mute them, then report then if necessary. You had tools to prevent your ban, you didn't use them though.

Post chat logs.

It doesn't matter if 9 people report you. It only gets flagged once if it's legitimate so more people reporting you doesn't hold any more weight than one person. If you're so innocent as you claim, which I doubt, then you wouldn't have been banned. Simple as that.

It's punishable for calling reports. If you do that constantly it builds up to your account as constant harassment. I report people who calls reports in my games so their accounts sooner or later would get rekt.
