Limit friend honors

First, before I go into this, I'm gonna just say I'm not a good player. I'm actually pretty terrible when it comes to some concepts for League. However, when I DO manage to pull of the rare carry and do some insane stuff, such as carry a team and get a hard earned S in game or obviously be the reason a team wins, or manage to calm down the hot headed team, or ping well and suggest plays that work out, you expect some sort of recognition, which is what the honor system is supposed to be for.

Except no, wait a second, instead of getting a couple or more honors, I got none because my four other team mates are grouped and they all voted for our 1/14 ADC who has been flaming me all game because I said the early invade would be a bad idea one time.

Far too often do the good players go with little reward because friends will only ever vote for each other, regardless of how well a stranger did. So maybe it's time to start putting a limit on how many times you can vote for a grouped member a day. It's well known you gain very little from voting for friends, but that is literally doing nothing to deter them.

Another good idea might be to show some stats on the voting screen much like other games do. Kill participation, solo kills, wards placed, objectives taken, kill spread or even specialist stats like enemies hooked or taunted, close saves and many more.

Honors are meant to be for behavior, not performance. I’m aware that it often doesn’t play out this way, but detailing performance on the honor screen would defeat the intended purpose.

They're not really accomplishing much by honoring each other. Getting honored from someone in your premade gives only a small fraction of the honor one from a random player is worth.

It's funny. Maybe you aren't getting honored because you aren't the most honorable.

I've been most honorable player in a game with a 3-4 man premade multiple times.
