AFK/Disconnectors

People who repeatedly disconnect or afk need to be put in their own sub-league until they can prove they have established more mental fortitude and can remain in a match until its completion. That or ban them from ranked play.

For those of us trying to play competitively, there is absolutely no room for that kind of mentality.

When playing real life sports, those types of people get benched until they can learn how their actions impact their teammates. Let's do the same here.
