even worse is it was an easy game since all team fights were close in a 4v5.... really hate it when you lose LP due to someone having to much babyrage

Without evidence, it never happened.
There have legitimately been Riot employees fired for behaving poorly in games before.
As such, if you have evidence of this, send it to Riot. If you don't, then there's no proof it ever happened and as DTN said, there's no point to this thread.
How do you know it was a Riot employee anyway? Some of them do play on their Riot_x accounts, but I doubt they'd quit on their official accounts.
