I FEEL LIKE WHATEVER A PERSON HAS SAID IN A GAME, IF 2+ PEOPLE REPORT THEM, ITS AN INSTANT BAN

this last game a group of queued up toxic players (most positive they were kids) flamed me in unison for a little mistake all game, and i can assure you i didn't say ANY harassment, no cussing, no name calling, nothing. but then when i logged in today, i saw that i was chat restricted. they were extremely offensive, and i definitely reported them but i was the one that got banned? so if a group of players report a certain player, they get banned without anyone making sure the report is legit? or does the person checking the reported chat ban the player even if the toxicity isn't even high enough to deserve a BAN?

it doesn't matter how many people report you. 9 reports hold the same value as 1

I concur. Post chat bans, because from what you say, the system banned you for no reason. So either there is a clear error in the system, which you need to prove, or you're lying and you flamed. Neither is certain, but we need proof.

We need a bit more assurance than this. How about complete, unedited chat log of all games on your feedback card?

It's an automated system. As soon as One person reports another one, the system is triggered and will scan the chat log of the reported player. If you get reported twice, the system doesn't get triggered twice, or "harder" or w/e. If the system doesn't find anything then you're good. Also, keep in mind that sometimes it could be several reports over several games that will trigger the chat ban.

Its a system not a person.

if you said a bad word and u got punished for it yes the report is legit (even one person can do it ).
