Accounts that are over lvl 100+ somehow manage to dodge the automated system punishments that accounts pre lvl 30 get insta punished for. for example Calling people r%%%%%ed, flaming and shit talking. on a pre-lvl30 account, u get insta gibbed for that after that very game. but past 100, every single game i get or see flaming doing that EXACT same shit often times way more intense, i report them, and i never see a feedback report, often times they even know nothing will happen, and add me just to prove it later on. Why is this? Why do pre-lvl 30 accounts get destroyed by the automated system but 100+ accounts get to flame away with the exact same type of flaming and words and nothing happens?

Hmm ... there are a couple of things you need to understand.

  1. The system punishes people based on consistency x severity.
  2. Many players in the lower levels are people whom have been banned, and started a new account, yet they don't change their ways and continue to be toxic.

When you combine these two together, you get the scenario where the people at lower level already are proven that they have anger and impulse problems, so they flame more frequently. With the consistency x severity formula, it means that those low level alt accounts will have a higher probability of getting punished.

The higher level you go, it means that people learn to control themselves more and they flame less. With less consistency, it means that players are less likely to get punished, so even if they say the same thing as players in low level (same severity), the lesser consistency of their toxicity means that it'll probably take more games before they get punished.

I think you're jumping to conclusions based on a very small amount of anecdotal evidence.

I remember reading before that lower level accounts are treated more strictly than normal to catch repeat offenders more quickly.

I can't exactly remember where I saw that, and if I'm wrong someone please correct me.
