Was just perma-banned for flaming.

The account that I have spent over a year and a half playing on, spending over $100 on, has just been perma-banned. Why? Because Riot's system of, "Suspend and Ban anyone who does anything remotely bad" policy took my chat log and THOSE people, deemed it wrong. I didn't cheat, I didn't hack, I didn't do anything that would manipulate the game. I just talked shit to bad players. Someone's 0/12/0 in a ranked game, I say "You're fucking bad, uninstall." I get banned. Why? Where is the chat filter or muting system? Put a gag on toxic players. I never ever afk or feed, I just talk trash, and my account has been perma-banned. This is extreme and Riot needs to fix their fucking punishment system. Also all kids who wanna kiss Riots ass and say I deserve it go ahead, you're the cancer that makes me flame people.

spending over $100 on

Spending money doesn't buy you any kind of punishment immunity.

I get banned. Why?

The answer is in the two sentences before the question.

I just talked shit to bad players. Someone's 0/12/0 in a ranked game, I say "You're fucking bad, uninstall.

.

Where is the chat filter or muting system? Put a gag on toxic players.

They did that to you two times and you continued with your behaviour.

Also all kids who wanna kiss Riots ass and say I deserve it go ahead, you're the cancer that makes me flame people.

Some of us are grownups that value healthy criticism and the rules set for keeping the game less toxic. You broke the rules although you knew them so i don't know where the problem is. If you don't like the rules don't play the game in the first place. You can't change the rules but you can find the game with rules that suit you more.

I say "You're fucking bad, uninstall."

Why? What does this accomplish? Do you expect the player to magically start doing better (or playing seriously, in the event that they're intentionally feeding)?

A lack of accountability for your own actions is precisely why you're in this situation in the first place.

Also all kids who wanna kiss Riots ass and say I deserve it go ahead, you're the cancer that makes me flame people.

You weren't made to do anything, nobody mind controlled you and forced you to flame people, nobody sat there with a gun to your head saying that if you don't flame them they'll blow your brains out, you made the conscious choice to do so, and now you're dealing with the consequences of that choice.

oh there is always room for more updates for a better system, but the update isn't going to be in favour of your situation.

AKA, you deserved it, get out.

Remember the TOS you agree to every single patch? Remember the punishments you've gotten before? Riot doesn't permaban first offenders unless they are saying some heinous shit. Punishments aren't meant to be THE fix to your behavior. They serve as a warning for YOU to fix your behavior.

Were you in the punishment system before? For example, were you previously chat restricted or the 14-day suspension? If so, why didn't you change your behavior before this final punishment?

Further, your toxicity in game hurts players' enjoyment of the game. It may not hurt your enjoyment when you talk trash or when others talk trash to you but you can't put that on the other players. Most players do not enjoy seeing or being the target of toxicity.

9 topic downvotes, but the 10-13 "Should Riot seriously look into/update their Punishment system?" poll shows the real story.
