why are afker not getting punished
Over the last 20 rank game I had quite a few afkers on my team. That being said I reported but none of them even got punished. Shouldnt I of gotten at least one message that they are punished?

Afk, leaves, and dc's are all handled by Leavebuster, not the behavioral system.
Leavebuster handles all those automatically without sending notifications or relying solely on reports.
also. leaverbuster doesnt ban. just gives low priority queue
because 90% of players lolers and Riot itself: Admire Trollers because they are polite
