When can you flame your team and not get banned?

Some back story I am hard stuck dishonorable for over a year now have 21 hextech cheast and no keys. I was flaming my team calling them "r%%%%%s" I think that was wrong r%%%%%s arent this bad anyways. The problem arose after I stopped flaming my team for months I got honor lvl 1 and now I'm banned again I don't think my flaming was ban worthy all I said was shit and trash I called someone to r%%%%% once in like 100games so I think I should be unbanned but riot is so dumb they might as well be an ai. So I'm probably not going to get unbanned I thought that calling people "shit and trash is fine since I see it all day everyday in streams" I keep getting 10 game chat restions I never do anything ban like say kill yourself or get cancer. Here are the logs and some back story.

SO the first game they had a funnel twitch with lulu top and since my team couldnt play and we had no way of wining I wait and said its over after the morgan couldnt use her shiled on me thats all she had to do and we could have won I chose to lose it as some doing wrong things on pouse is soft ining. Jihn the 2nd worst on the team said 1v5 when I got killed by 5 members in my own jungle when I fashed in to the river and almost killed one of them I just gave up its not winnbale if they got out of their way to lose.

The flaming started when jax flash smited blue from me when I need it so thats soft intting going out of his way to lose a game I'm probably the best ryze up to plat any region just forced himself to lose a game. If you're shit thats one thing but going out of your way to lose is unacceptable.

Game 3 was just a joke in the prechat shaco said tryhard yasuo or wannbe something like that. I did call lb r%%%%%ed she probley wasnt a r%%%%%ed player being this bad and in my game is so unlikey. Mf was worthless couldnt do anything would only ult when they would get in melee and she would have 200hp. I fed as yasuo but its over even if i played well. So i didnt really care. I said I better not have the most damg because 96% of the time when we lose and I feed I still have the most damg but I didnt so i said good.

Over all I dont think I should Have gotten banned. I would ask for an unbanned but riot games is ran by a bunch of hypocritical idiots that dont deserve to hear my voice. Sorry for the shit speelings my keybroan is shit and Im too lazy to run it my Grammarly Only dectect 176 errors xdd.

Since most people have already answered your title, I'll go in depth and help you understand the system a bit.

As a foreword, dont follow streamers. Most of them dont understand how the system works, and they aren't the cleanest players when it comes to behavior.

The system punishes you based on consistency x severity. You can get punished in 1 game of severe toxicity or 100 games of mild toxicity.

Here are a bunch of things that can get you punished in chat, some you can find in your chatlogs:

  • asking / threatening for reports
  • defeatist attitude - gg, open mid. I'm done.
  • shaming and harassing
  • rank, stfu you bronze
  • age, stfu kid
  • kda, stfu you are 0/12
  • skill, stfu you are bad / shit / noob
  • IQ, stfu retard / idiot
  • accusing others of doing stuff, calling other troll or they are inting

Answering head question If you write shit tons of text in game filled with negativity you have more chances to get penalized than writting few really toxic text. Reading a very small part of your chatlog is already enough for me to say it is bannable

How about you just don't chat? You use it 99% of the time to complain or insult your teammates, so there would be no downside to just not using it at all.

Yeah Rito's prime example of [removed by moderation] . I was level 4 almost last year. Then lost it all. Mind you my honor gets locked due to 5 or 10 game chat restrictions. I have never flammed so severly as to be suspended(or punished at all in my opinion0. If A rioter reads this. Remove that shit autoamted system, fire the programmers who built it and give the power to judge to real people. The stupid system takes shit out of context and has no cause and effect reasoning. Maybe I flmmed cause my team were feeders and banned my chosen champion. Because they refused to ff. Here is an unpopular suggestion. If you have negative KDA as a laner( 4 13 Kai sa 2 7 Mundo etc) you cannot report anyone. You can mute but not report them as you, the feeder, are more detrimental to the game. This does not mean that you will be banned for feeding but neither will the person who flammed you. When I feed all I say is sorry and try to comeback. I am not an audacious bastard who flammes while feeding. I flame when I do everything right and my team feeds like dogs. Honestly it is superbly easy to ban someone for flame. And that is just not normal. Any other reason- Griefing, Feeding, even afk will get someone banned harder.
