And this is an example of things that are against the rules - insulting and blaming. And no, being bad and throwing the game will not get people punished. You've thrown games - and this is clear in your match history. Should you be banned?

Both of these things are false - the game is not "dying" and Riot is making more now than before.
Your tribune system sucks more. i have trolls in the last 3 games and i report them and nothing happens.
Riot does not have a crystal ball nor unlimited resources. It takes time for reports to be reviewed. Further, someone playing bad or "throwing" does not make them a troll.
