Hello, I just need to know If I recently got chapt banned for 9 games and my honor level is 0. Am I able to get the golden border if I get gold when the season ends? Or not? To quit trying to get it before season ends. Thank you

November is when the season end. So you'll unlikely get it. You need honor 2.
From what i understand, honor does not effect rank boarder rewards. Could very well be wrong here but... from what i understand...

The answer is no , you won't get season end rewards , but however , in next season , the boarder you have will reflect your current rank So you wouldn't have to worry about the boarder
