Team Banning

Dear Admins,

So i played 1 game where i lost it because of one person taking CS. When i clearly called out my role before the game begun. If you look at Lee Sin's items getting Dorans blade at 0mins and then getting long sword at 6mins. It clearly means he is taking over farm role. I thought he was gonna be supp role. How am i supposed to play my role as ADC if lee sin takes over farm on bot lane?. i was mad as you could see on the stats i wanted to surrender early because its pointless to play with an idiot not even playing for the team but stealing your role and cs and mind you it was a last pick Lee sin(waited for the timer to go to 0 then picked his Champion) and look at those runes. Disrupting my lane. So how am i banned because i was feeding?. Clearly i wasn't Happy about lee sin taking away farm and not even saying anything. It was a losing game as he wasn't clearly cooperating with the team and taking over roles when i clearly called it out before. There has to be a way that i am not the only one who's punished in this game. I dont care about my 14 day suspension because i knew what i was going in to. But this Lee sin was also at fault for 0 comms and taking over role.
