When, oh, when, will all the toxicity improve?

I just had an Ez in my game who was mad at our support Mundo so he spent all game either splitpushing bot and feeding or sitting in fountain and complaining. This game ended all of three minutes ago and I have still not been informed that he has received punishment. Thus proving that Riot's efforts to stamp out trolling and toxicity are completely ineffective.

It is difficult for riot to respond that quickly to toxic behavior. Usually when a a player is consistently toxic, riot will then further look at them and deal consequences if necessary. The best thing you can do is to report this behavior whenever you see it to help riot improve the community.

Can I just say how disappointed I am that you didn't name this

"When, oh when, will all the salt end?"

It just sounds so much better.

In my experience, the people who see the most toxicity in League and complain the most about it are causing it. If you are toxic, you should expect up to 100% of your games to be toxic.

it will only improve when riot either a. retweaks thier punishment system to be more forgiving for minor offenses. and have clearer guidelines of what's ok and what's not. instead of "dont be an asshole" which is vague and subjective. make it clear where the line is actually drawn. even if people toe the line. at least theyre forced to be less toxic then before or b. continue with their zero tolerance policy. but stop applying it selectively. and ban everyone the same.
