Chat bans are unfair

*Today my oldest account has been banned for being a jerk and abusive to other players i am guilty of this action. what i have to say is just how i feel that this was wrong and is just a way for Riot to feed off this community and is only my opinion there are no facts other then my own dealing with support and playing this game. The game i was report for today (not any of the other games as there a a few in my past) i was playing nexus blitz as a jungler my other jungler did not jungle this person decided they were going to lane in the middle i did not rage on them after about 8 minutes the jungler who went mid said that i should be reported for being afk and not ganking i replied you should be reported for abandoning your role. As with many games of LoL when some points a finger at some one they get other player on that blaming this one person. so i get upset and rage on them as i was the target of this. Roit has a stance on chat they say there is no trolling problem with there client. This is untrue if you play this game you know there almost always some one trolling so Roit bans players for all kinds of chat rules. Why then is there no age restiction on this chat why is there even a chat at all? the first thing Riot says is the chat is there so that you can statagize with other players. Any one who plays this game with the intent of strategizing with other players is on a voice chat as there are many of them and almost all are free! Then i was told that chat is there to build the community. (?) what? do they even get on the chat and see what people are saying to one another even when its not trolling it is vulgar raw and brutal a large amount of the time or its spamming twitch chnls all of witch are ok. So to the conclusion i came to is this must and will most likely make them more money as you are banned for a chat violation and you either make a or buy another account you will most likely do the same as be for or now that you have lost an account be even worst. not all or even most can or will do this but there are some we all know there are some? So as the records would show accounts created and daily log ins would be higher for this reason one would think? So from this point of view banning for a chat violation did not fix the problem it in theroy made it worst. Yes some people will reform how they conduct them selves on Riot's in game chat but most do not they are who they are and not Riot or any one else will change them so from what i understand banning for chat violations is bad for the community bad for the chat and bad for the consumer but it looks pretty good to Riot's bottom line and there is no refund for money i have spent or any one else's. That feels like theft to me! to me from a business point of view an open, unregulated, no age restrictions and an auto forced joining to the chat equales Money in one sense, ergo ban account = make account (accounts made show growth and company production is working) and or buy an account, and even is the percent of player that get or make a new account spent even a small amount of money on a new account still that is a lot of money don't fix it if its working (again making them more money!) so why is chat no just removed? there are so many unreal answers i have heard none of witch is more compelling then money! for all you trolls out there i'm sure Riot thanks you (Part two) so the person that abandon there position and started the finger pointing that got some of the other players to jump on there ban wagon and flame me where is the tab to report a player for not playing there roll? what about a player that force picks a roll such as saying i'm going jungle because they got auto filled into support? where is the ban for a player stealing there junglers camps because the jungler wont gank there lane for them where are real suspension or bans for real game changing effects on the game in a negative way? or just make the game all around un-fun none of what i would say are ways to make more money a lot less people would be banned for doing what i have just listed vs the large amount of chat bans they issue. Players should be suspended and or banned for actions in the game not including chat use. we have a mute all but no hot key for it neat! we don't get to chose if we even want to be apart of the chat. but we are judged for being in it. please help change for the better lets get rid of chat we don't need it and i for one don't want it

Fairness has nothing to do with the rules, my guy. You follow them or you get your money legally stolen. Take it or leave it.

The mute button is meant to be a band-aid solution at most and is not an excuse to act up in chat. Chat restrictions are meant to encourage people to think more carefully about what they want to say in chat since they only have a finite number of messages to send at a time, and just because a select few people can't or won't use chat appropriately doesn't mean it should be removed entirely. On the contrary, the misusers are the ones who need to be removed for consistently failing to behave despite being given numerous chances to do so. From the Tribunal FAQ:

What's the point of having a language filter if I can get banned for 'adult' language? We aren't out to punish players who use adult language; in fact, very few players are ever banned for saying stuff like "f***, I missed that skill shot" or "damn, fing close game!" However, the language filter is not an excuse to verbally abuse someone in the game. When you verbally abuse or harass someone by calling them "fing *****" or "ngger noob", that's when you've crossed the line and will be punished by the Tribunal. I've said this before and I'll say it again, we aren't trying to clean online games of adult language; we're trying to reform or get rid of jerks who like to verbally abuse and harass other players.

Why is verbal abuse punishable if there is a mute button/language filter? Players shouldn’t need to rely on features like the mute button or language filter to engage with other players in positive ways. When a player verbally abuses another player and forces him to use the mute button, they have already created a negative experience for that player.
