Iv'e alerted them 2 weeks before this happened when the account was suspended for 2 weeks, they gave no fucks.
now some kid is laughing his ass off he wasted my money and got my account banned.

Try contacting Support as it may just be a chargeback ban. If that's the case then it will be lifted once you pay the required amount. That said, if you received a 2-week ban for poor behavior and then later got permabanned for poor behavior then you're out of luck. Either way file a Support Ticket to get more info.

Well if you broke the rules ,,, u get a ban .
Your credit card has nothing to do with you're behavior in game (if thats what u are banned for ,,,thats my guess of your 2 weeks ban)
And...What resulted in the permaban? D'you have chat logs, or any info from your punishment card?
