So its been a week and a half since my perma ban still have made no progress on getting my account back, talking to riot support is like talking to a wall, kinda sucks to find this out considering this is the first time ive ever needed to talk to support. i remember back in s1 and s2 when they used to give away free rp and ip boost for random server outages and things. but anyway i was banned for 3rd party programs or something which as u all wont believe i wasn't using and since i can't actually discuss anything with support i wanted to talk about what i generally do when i play a game and my thoughts on random things that they could maybe see as me getting flagged.

Now i've been a gold level player since s2 in both s3 and s4 to go gold in my 3s team i had to fight plat and diamond players so I'm not your average bronze player. Witch is where my mmr currently sits because i pretty much only play with my girlfriend who frankly isn't very good most games,my brother and his friend who i just got started playing.

  Now with that said when the game goes into loading screen i pull up na.op.gg on my second monitor look through the stats and match history of all my team mates and oppents analize whos statistically going to be good or bad and plan my game around it. now i don't really want to share my jungle route in a public place since its very strong and really frustrating to deal with but I'm trying to give as much insight as possible.

I get a smiteless leash blue every game( except when i get trolled by my lanes) then straight after killing blue i get what ever +move speed ability i have or gap closer and run straight to enemy red. If i catch them at red it is guaranteed flash or fb if i get the kill i then know i have about a 1:20 (just knowledge from jungling in league for 5 years) to catch them at their blue and kill them again. If i don't catch them at red i steal it then roam down to krugs for the smite stun and lvl 3. then i gank whatever lane is on that side of the map and every time it's almost guaranteed kill or flash and that's just how i start most games.

I can see how this will cause me to get reported for cheating a lot in low bronze mmr. I also main riven with 90k mastery score and pioneered her current meta build back in s2(have screenshots to prove it) so i know how to 1 combo instant kill just about any squishy once i hit 6 again i could see how this generates false reports. I also as a jungle stack movespeed %health and armor magic resist; not plausible but maybe they think i'm move speed hacking?

 Now the real big thing that i really think it is, that nobody seems to have ever seen or listen to i downloaded a replay from na.op.gg ( i dont know how but if u leave na.op.gg open during your game on live match it records the match) and when i launched the replay it like auto launched the league client and loading screen and loaded me into the replay for the game. I then closed out of the replay because it was all bugged out and didn't actually play. Now i feel like this is what altered my client and think it's very harsh to take away someone's account that has been playing for 5 years over a mistake ( i thought it was going to play in wmp or flash) and that frankly gave me no advantage

Just my wall of text because i really don't know what to do at this point

If you want to discuss things, please use paragraphs at least.

No offense man, but this all reads like, "Ugh, Im so pro! People can't comprehend my greatness and so think I cheat, guh!"

Im not the most familiar with how Riot detects cheating(no one is, and for good reason), but I highly doubt that detection method could be fooled by something as simple as "having skill".

To be fair, if there's a system error, it's unlikely customer service (Sorry, "player behaviour") is going to be able to do anything about it. They'll see the system flagged you as guilty, and be like "yep, guilty" and do nothing. A streamer with video proof/publicity might be able to get different treatment, but given how much people believe stories like this (not very much) riot has no reason to care.

On the other hand, with a banned account, there is literally nothing to lose, so make sure to keep re-opening your ticket indefinitely.

I've no idea what the report weight is -- I know I get reported when playing with friends in bronze (and I respond with broken english advertising for a fake site with no hacks on it LOL) and I know I got banned, so who knows.

Riot has some sort of system that detects a program that can change the game or do something that Riot doesn't allow. SOMETIMES the program will glitch and ban people who are doing nothing wrong. If you really didn't have a program that Riot doesn't allow, I'm sure they can tell even without video evidence.

Now, if you bought your account OR let someone else use it then they may have used an illegal program. Bought accounts are known for being leveled with BOTS and not by a real person.

Let me ask something no one has yet, other then using whatever to watch a replay(which IS allowed as stated here), do you or have you used any other programs that do anything to League? Such as MKLoL/MKJogo?
