You got perma-banned because you previously got 14-day banned due to toxicity and this very negative game. If someone is insulting you, then mute them. There is no reason to take any insult past the first one because mute exists and so too is report option. Mute and report are not mutually exclusive by the way. 90%+ of your chatlog is focused on complaining, flaming, and arguing with the jhin. I don't see a single line where your chat is useful.

Have you previously had a 14-day ban? If so, how long ago was it?

Punishments follow a ladder system and if you were recently off a 14-day ban you're on thin ice. A punishment that would normally give a chat restriction at most to someone with a clean record can result in a perma-ban for you under those circumstances.

You didn't get permabanned because of this. You got permabanned because of behaving like this over and over again through multiple punishments without ever owning up to your misbehavior and Riot realized you'll probably never change so they removed you from their game.

This is definitely ban worthy. I don't know what the OP is going on about thinking he/she shouldn't be banned for this.
