Improving League of Legends Rank/Draft/ Blind----Exiting champion selection

Okay I really don't know where to start. Every time I pick my role in League Of Legends for a rank match (first lane -Mid, Second role - Jg), I accept the match and someone decline it. 5 second later the same notification pops out with only to accept the match again. I pick a role I did not pick. Okay I understand we all are not that pro in league especially the one that have not much skill in league. I accept the fact we all aren't good it's like rock, paper, scissors. we can win other but other can when us. Okay my point was that sometime it pick a role that I did not pick, I understand it give us the role what I need most , that can help the team. I accept the fact the role I got assigned with but it turn out someone took Ezreal top vs a Darius . I understand that Ezreal have advantage cause Darius is close range with a Frozen mallet or frozen glove forgot its name, can keep him away. My point here is how for sure I understand he is not a troll that will make my game bad and go down. I want to be gold by this year. Can we please have a three strike point to able to avoid the mach game. I have to wait cause they did it to me three time in a row. I understand people take a champ and make it happen, but we are not sure if they can manage to do it. Some people watch you tube or something that inspire them to do it, but little that they know, they played them self. I know other had went threw what I been and pretty sure they understand. I am not talking for my self. I have seen and heard. If it just me, I really don't know why just me.If you have any advise how to make my game better Ill be glad to hear you out, I'm a person with an open mind. Don't change the system if people are sacrifice, I don't want to be greedy. If people having the same problem I, Just three strike that restart every two mouth or three for a match game. and if they Cancel the game multi time, they can wait just like I'm doing right now-------Thank you.
