Ranked AFK's Since beginning of match

Its honestly such bullshit that we get punished when someone is afk since beginning of the match, especially when its a key role like ADC. If someone has been afk since champ select we should get a damn loss prevention of some sort cause its not even fun to play at that point, especially when we could've easily won that match if we had our ADC. Please riot do something about this already, cause im sure we are all tired of having this happen to us especially when we are trying to climb the ranks to get at least the victorious skin. But that seems near impossible when this happens.
