now i didnt read the entire thing but your last sentence looks like you let the enemys win on purpose to prove a point. if thats the case, be happy its not a 14day ban and be happy that riots system for inting/supporting enemys is total garbage/none existant

Chat logs like this are why Riot considers asking for reports harassment.

Now if only they could introduce nuance to the equation and differentiate between shit like this and asking politely for the opposing team to report the Rammus that's running it down mid with mobility boots and 5x movement speed items.

Plenty of people already commented here are my 2 cents. You cannot ask people to report (that is reportable), also you flamed the Rammus and tried to tell him what to do no wonder he didn't gank for you. Also you said you let the enemy win meaning you were griefing your team, also reportable.

Was this ranked?

If yes, it seems like going into the game you pretty much knew you wouldn't be able to hold your lane solo. If this was due to the match up then maybe you need to evaluate your ban strategy. If you have several champs that you can't play your pick in to then it might be time to stop picking that champ in ranked play.

In solo queue you basically have to get to the point where you go into every game not expecting a single gank or any help if you are going to pick a SOLO lane. Everyone has games where they get stomped in lane and there is no shame in that, but unless the jungler or another teammate comes to your lane and actively feeds your lane opponent it is never the fault of any of your teammates that you lost a lane. If you are regularly losing lane please go practice in normals until you can maintain in lane even when you are getting no help.

What exactly were you going to report Rammus for? I don't think that refusing to babysit a person who picked a solo lane, but can't actually play solo is a bannable offense.
