Suggestion: custom honor + personalized honor wall

I personally believe the current honor system falls short and because of that I want to suggest the following.

Right now you can receive honor after a game, show of the emblem, and you can level up your honor and receive rewards when you reach milestones. However, I think that implementing the possibility to send a custom honor to another summoner would benefit the system. Allow me to explain.

Right now there are 3 honor possibilities, a 4th one could be added where you have the chance to write your own phrase when you are honoring a non premade player. The phrase could be limited to a certain amount of characters, and would give the players the chance to write something personal, meaningful and creative instead of the predefined and limited honors that are being used now. Summoners could then chose to save a personalized honor they have received, saving the phrase, the date and the summoner they get it from and they could save it to their wall of honor so to say. This wall of honor is a page in your profile where you as a player can see the custom honors you have received from non premade players, custom honors which you have chosen to save.

The amount of coding needed for this seems rather limited. And excluding the coding, the only cost for Riot is that they have to store the data on their servers. In exchange for this cost you get a meaningful system, because nothing goes above a warm personalized phrase after one of your best games, a phrase which you can look back at months later after a significant loss streak...
