I played my first league game after a long time and got banned right after
i was toxic in only 1 game! A ranked flex match, how do u get banned from being toxic in a flex!!!!!!! and only 1 game. How sensitive did league get? dying game!

Punishment history doesn't reset over time alone, but also games played. If you were right up for a ban last time you played, dont touch your account for a long time, and come back, you'll still be up for a ban next time.
You get banned for being toxic in Flex the same way you get banned got being toxic in any other game mode: you either start from nothing and use hate speech or encourage self harm, or you had a chat restriction before and you kept acting in the same way that got you that chat restriction.
The real question is how you got there yourself. A chat log would be more helpful.

I have no idea why this is an argument... You shouldnt be toxic in any queue... Not norms, not flex, not even bots...

I think the toxicity in league has tuned down a lot throughout the seasons and I enjoy that a lot... You should be sensitive towards others' feelings ad emotions.
Now Im under the impression that this is only your first ban? I hope you learnt your lesson and can try to keep up a positive spirit after! Good luck buddy I believe in you :)

One game of toxicity is enough to get you banned if you're toxic enough, you were either a prior offender or you were so toxic in said game that you skipped straight to a ban.
